It's time to make Kkakdugi!
For those of you unfamiliar it is radish kimchi. I'm seething with jealousy that Andrew Costello is probably eating it by the vat right now. I love it a lot. I wanna marry it.
So here's my first attempt of the season.

That looks super tasty!!!! and somewhat easy to make, aside form what looks like a lot of prep work to mix it all. Teach me Teacha!
