Man, all this old country bureaucracy be boggin' my game down. Tryin' to open a bank account instead of making phat beats and shit these past days.
I dropped shit just now, but it's just a loop and it's just to say that I'm down to be creative this month, even though I'm living hella ghetto and am questioning my life decisions throughout the day.
Please tell me I'm awesome and that all the super famous hip-hop producers should bow to me when I finish this beat. France has left me only a shadow of my former self. I'm going to eat a stale ass baguette in the corner now.
peace
ayyyyyy look who decided to start layin down the phat beatzzz!! That's so weird because I was just listening to the Dre-produced first 50-cent album, and I'm bout to listen to The Chronic 2001 now. It must be Dre-Day! I was getting ready for the slow hip hop sound on this beat, but then it went into some drum and bass shit... dope man!!!
ReplyDeleteThanks, man! That's by no means a dre style beat, but maybe I'll go for that tomorrow.
DeleteFrance will do that to you, especially the Paris area! I know exactly what you're going through, and I went through it too (and I was teaching in GHETTOVILLE - Les Ulis). Just hold out until the spring; the life that comes into the city makes the dreary fall and winter months worth it. Just keep your music going, get another extracurricular or two going, and blatantly ignore the rule to not get a second job (under the table cash is how any assistant stays sane in TAPIF, I'm pretty sure). I'm glad you put this together, I really like it!
